TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
The following terms and conditions are valid between you (the buyer) and Your Humble Servant AB’s brand Non Sense (Reg. No. 556985-9258) (henceforth: Your Humble Servant AB; is referred to as Non Sense) and apply to all purchase orders submitted to Non Sense’s website on www.non-sense.com (henceforth referred to as the ”Webshop”). We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place at Non Sense webshop. A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Non Sense to the e-mail address you submitted. Please note that Non Sense does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been updated on the Webshop, Non Sense will notify you of this by e-mail. If incorrect price information has been shown on the Webshop you will be offered to either purchase the item to the correct price, or cancel the order. Non Sense reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, can be suspected. Non Sense reserves its right to stop selling a product. Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older and not under guardianship, if you are under 18 years old you must have permission from parent or legal guardian. Orders placed with Klarna Invoice can only be placed by Swedish residents. For international orders we Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out. Other Non Sense reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Please have understanding that Non Sense is a small growing company therefore the process of your order can take up 2-4 business day, no orders will be handled on weekdays.

PRICES AND CURRENCIES
Payments as well a refunds for international shipments are all invoiced in Euro (EUR). For Swedish residence payments and refunds are invoiced in Swedish kronor (SEK). The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and Non Sense is not bound by the price until Non Sense has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you by email. Non Sense is not bound by any incorrect price information that the customer evidently or reasonably should have understood as incorrect, and that may have emerged due to technical faults.

The prices on each product in website constitute the total price (including VAT), however do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. At the beginning of each season, a fixed exchange rate is determined, and is used to determine the estimated price in the local currency. However, when the order is processed, the exchange rate used is the current exchange rate. For this reason, there may be a difference between the estimated cost, and the cost charged at the time of processing. Credit cards will be debited in Euro, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction. When a refund is processed, the exchange rate used is that of the current day. This may also cause a variance in the price paid and the price refunded, due to fluctuating exchange rates. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price. Discounted items on website are available as long as they do not run out of stock.

PAYMENT METHODS
Non-sense.com currently accepts payments by following credit cards: Visa and Maestro and Amercian Express or by following debit cards: Visa and Maestro, Klarna invoice. Payments are made in cooperation with Klarna Checkout for Swedish residence and Paypal for international customers. Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the webshop, Payment is currently made in Swedish kronor (SEK) for shipments to Sweden (SEK) or Euro (EUR) for all international shipments. Non Sense are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order. Non Sense reserves the right to check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity, and that your account has the capacity to be charged with the full amount. Non Sense reserves the right to decline a purchase.

PAYPAL
If you selected Paypal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log in” with you PayPal account and review the amount of you order before selecting “Pay Now”.

INVOICE
Invoice payment is done in cooperation with Klarna Checkout and Klarnas Checkout payment terms apply. Klarna Checkout payments terms can be read here.
Once invoice payment is chosen your shipping address needs to be same as registered residence.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for each geographic area are calculated at checkout and listed below.
Please note in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.

SWEDEN
Shipping costs: 75 SEK
Orders will be delivered with PostNord MyPack Collect. Parcel will be available at nearest postal office. Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) after Non Sense has accepted and confirmed your order.

DENMARK, FINLAND, ÅLAND AND NORWAY Shipping cots: € 15
Orders will be delivered with PostNord MyPack Collect. Parcel will be available at nearest postal office. Approximate time of delivery is 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) after Non Sense has accepted and confirmed your order.

Items may be subjected to custom fees, import fees/or taxes and are sole responsibility of the beneficiary and will not be reimbursed by Non Sense.

GERMANY, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG AND HOLLAND
Shipping costs: € 25
Orders will be delivered with PostNord MyPack Collect. Parcel will be available at nearest postal office. Approximate time of delivery is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after Non Sense has accepted and confirmed your order.

Items may be subjected to custom fees, import fees/or taxes and are sole responsibility of the beneficiary and will not be reimbursed by Non Sense.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For any reasons, you can return the order, entirely or partially.
Non Sense accepts exchanges or refund within 14 days from delivery day of the merchandise.
Non Sense will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us. Returning the item is free of charge using our return label that you find in your parcel. Please follow the given instructions. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

In order to start the exchange or refund process you can contact the Non Sense customer care team via email at customercare@non-sense.com.

Along with your merchandise you’ll have return label and a return form, please reuse Non Sense packaging and attach return label and fill out information in return form; stating order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a refund. Please note, Items must be returned in the same origin conditions, neatly packed and with return tag still attached otherwise your return will not be accepted. Item/s that will not match Non Sense’s return policy will not be taken into consideration and send back to the customer at your own cost.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s and should have a copy of the invoice inside. The item/s must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. Please use Non Sense packaging as the external parcel for the shipment. Attach shipping return label on Non Sense packaging. If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock. An item can only be exchanged once.
Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use Non Sense’s selected postage labels and returns service. Non Sense reserves the right not to accept returns if customer tenders the package to a different carrier and in case the delivery of the parcel entails extra costs for Non Sense or involves the collection to one of the carrier’s branches. Non Sense reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy of Non Sense.

COLOURS
We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the webshop in detail reflect the clothes’ colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
